Return and Refund Policy
We offer free 7 day size exchanges to our U.S. customers. Your apparel must be returned unworn, in the original clear bag, and with all tags attached to be approved for an exchange.
Domestic size exchange steps:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your sizing issue. We will send you a FREE return label via email. We will only cover the costs of the return and shipment of your exchange 1 time. If you request for multiple exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- Please include a copy of your receipt with your return, and WRITE SIZE EXCHANGE on your receipt.
- Once we receive your merchandise, it will be submitted for the size exchange approval. Approval can take up to 36 hours from the time we receive it.
- We will ship out your size exchange once we receive it, and it has been approved.

- All international customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to us.
- When we receive your merchandise, you will be issued a store credit to purchase the size you would like.
If you wish to exchange the item you bought for a different item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a store credit so that you can order the item you want. You must ship the products back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Your store credit will be issued via email within 36hrs of us receiving your products.
We offer a FREE 14 day, no hassle, refund on all unworn items that still have the tags attached. We DO NOT offer a refund on any sale/clearance items. Please email us at email@example.com to obtain a refund code if you wish to return an item. You must write this refund code on your receipt that you are including with your returned merchandise. We will issue you a return label via email. If you do not include your receipt with your return, we can only issue you a store credit for your return.
In order for your refund to be accepted you must obtain a refund code for your refund and send it in with your returned receipt. If you choose an expedited shipping method, or you're an international customer, your shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process depending on your banks policies. ALL refunds must be returned in the same condition as you received it. All returns must be returned unworn, tags attached, and in its original clear bag. If there is damage to a product, or you did not return it in the above condition, your refund will be denied. If your refund is denied you will receive an email explaining why your refund was denied. If your refund is denied, your items will be shipped back to you.
If you order multiple items, and use a discount code to make your purchase, and you only return certain items, the discount will be divided amongst the items ordered. The divided discount will be subtracted from the items you are returning.
